I think Hyperoptic have got a much better chance of getting new customers with new builds as once people move in, they have probably already signed up to BT or another provider for 12 months, so may be reluctant to pay for another service, though they can always just get the faceplate installed. I guess this isn't pushed as much as Hyperoptic want active customers, not ones just getting the ability to use them in the future.
Anyway, I've been crimping a bit of cat5e today to patch from the faceplate to my PC. The faceplate is teasing me knowing it can't be used. Maybe HO will liven me up over the weekend? *hint*
