dropped connections

Since joining IDNet my connection keeps dropping. It's fairly random, happens at least once a day and nearly always in the mornings. Most often the problem is solved by rebooting my router but im wondering whether this is an idnet problem or something else...It also often happens together..i.e. connection drops 2-3 times then seems fine.

any ideas?

Anything like a heating system turning on or off at the time? Or a street light doing the same? If not get Support to check your line fro thier end. Perhaps go from there afterwards. Are you on MAXDSL and in the first 10 days also?

What make of router is it, and is the firmware up to date?

In the past week, my connection has lost sync 56 times 6 days, not all of them resulted in a drop in connection though, I have emailed Idnet.
