For anyone who is remotely interested

I have three friends who I recommended to IDNet when I was a customer. Of the three two have no idea how an internet connection works. Therefore if they have problems they contact me to sort them out.

I was a happy IDNet customer and changed to Sky Max because I could. If I have any questions regarding IDNets service I will ask here first, before bothering Support.

Now if not being an IDNet customer bothers some posters, I suggest they don't bother to read my posts.

As far as I can remember they don't speak in Swahili, they may just be able to help and speak in laymen's terms.

You are always welcome here, if some people don't like it that's their problem. Supporting friends is great and I do the same for many other isp's. It is sometimes easier to contact a friend to help sort out a problem because if you have the experience it helps a lot. With problems you have issues with then comming onto this forum will certainly help and if that doesn't help then I would suspect you direct them to Idnet support anyway.

All the time we help freinds first means that Idnet support can help those without friends but are there for the more difficult problems.

Some people especially friends do prefer to talk to a knowledgeable mate on a subject rather than phone support. I can't see thats a bad thing at all. All depends if the knowledgeable person has time to be the technical guru or not

If you are so 'into' IDNet then why are you now with Sky?

You will now tell me that it is cost etc. etc. etc. but the facts are that you have jettisoned IDNet and really have no more personal interest.

One of your earlier posts stated that a 'mate' of yours had problems with IDNet and if you hadn't migrated to Sky 'both' of you would have experienced an identical problem. It appears that you have had a problem with IDNet somewhere along the line and your recent posts are lightweight and full of air.

I think that your posts are full of hot air and are full of kidology.

Be honest, you had a good time with IDNet, and that is fine. Your later posts are full of kidology regarding your 'mate' and others.

By the way, 'troll' is way out of date and means nothing to most people venturing into these forums.

If you do not approve of a poster or his motives, I suggest that in future you keep it to yourself and do not post it in what is intended to be a support forum.
