Given the underlying service is the same, only the customer service and billing change, I didn't see that as a risk.

My BT telphone package with all inclusive calls 24/7 is ony £16.35 a month, unfortuantely Idnet is a bit dearer with rather more limited free call hours. If the Idnet package was exactly the same as the BT package and I was not in a 12 month contract then I would change. As far as International calls go they are a total irrelevance for me as I call no one outside th UK.
