PPP

On Wednesday I could not connect at night due to no PPP the wife also had problems in the afternoon, I assumed was a glitch as i usually get great service, today again I cannot connect as the ppp light on my router is not on, I have tried another modem and it does not work.

Is a anyone else experiencing the same?

No problems here, and nothing reported at Netters, Jack. I just wonder if BT are doing any work on your exchange?

I am using my parents pc on the same exchange would it not also effect this connection?

Not necessarily, that may be on a different DSLAM or VP. It would probably be best to talk to support, as they can check your line to see what is going on. If the connection is still down, use the out of hours number: 01462 476556.
