Hi All,
Am thinking of moving from Zen to IDnet and was looking for the above info on their FAQs site. Couldn't find it so thought someone here might know if this can be set up on the customer portal?

All it takes is an email to support.
I think that they check that the forward DNS exists before setting up the RDNS.
I don't think you can do it yourself.
