Apology To IDnet

[link to this post]

Thank you very much for your help. IDNET called me back after my initial misunderstanding with Adam over my settings for my safecom router and Miriam in customer services talked me through the settings and within a couple of minutes, IDNet broadband was connected.

It was that easy!

Hope you will all understand and forgive the rather impulsive reaction and posting on here for help to what seemed like a lack of help from IDNet. I think my nerves are still a bit raw after the e7even drama!

Kind regards, Alexandra

Don`t let it worry you as you are not alone in having to send cs a grovelling appology.

Surfing happily with IDNet.

Hehe, I remember being very irate, as I`ve mentioned already this evening as it happens, trying to register my IDNet email details into Outlook ... CS correctly pointed out that they had no affiliation with the affix f2s.co.uk that I was entering.

D`oh!
