Over a week and no MAC.

After enduring persistent ping problems since I joined IDNet, I finally decided I wasn't happy with the service I was being given so I requested a MAC last Tuesday the 19th.

To date I have had no replies to that initial mail and a further follow-up e-mail, other than the automated responses.

I realise IDNet aren't part of the voluntary MAC Code of Practise group, but I was just debited yesterday for another full months payment and there's still no sign of my MAC.

Anyone else had similar experiences in trying to leave IDNet?

Hi Koppo

Your MAC code was issued at 09:47 on 19/09/06 and emailed to the address that we have on file for you. Please email or PM me your current email address and I'll arrange for a copy of the mail to be sent there.
