as I understand it once you have connected to the test site thats all you need to do, when you log off and reconnect to IDNet you should have fixed it.

That seems to have improved things, now down to 50ms. Still not as good as it was, but I can live with that for now.

Phone CS and ask if BT have put interleaving on your line, if they have ask for it to be turned off.

Sadly not. I've been talking to CS and tried a max regrade. Profile stuffed at 2meg and doesn't appear to be training and latency as bad as ever.
Nothing against Idnet, chances are it's down to BTw anyway, but if it carries on like this, I may as well go for the cheapest isp. It won't make anything better, I'll just save a few bob each month instead.
