Can't migrate - Will I be charged?

I'm trying to migrate from Pipex and would like to sign up with IDNet, but Pipex say my LLU MAC code will not be available for at least a month.

Irrespective of whether what Pipex says is actually true or not, if I instead do a 'cease and reprovide' to get shot of Pipex asap, will IDNet charge me a

My guess would be that they would charge, but why not drop them an email and see if they can help?

Better still call them free
