Connected first time this evening, Weheey!!!

Today I managed to connect first time to IDnet after a week of connections taking up to 2 hours in the evenings and week-ends. I don't know during the daytime. I sent an email to technical support and they said they would look at it and I guess they must have sorted it out although i'm not holding my breath. I have been feeling very cross about this debacle as I migrated 2 months ago as I was told it's very good. My postcode is W5 in case it helps anyone.

This is the first time i have had major problems in 12 months and they have found the problem and are fixing it tonight (or have fixed it).
