Migrating to IDNET

I completed the migration forms online last night and opted for Direct Debit payment.

Can someone tell me if I should have got some some form of email response? I hate applying for things and not getting confirmation it is being processed.

You should get an email today, however if you want to make sure I would suggest giving them a ring on the Freephone number 0800 0267 237, the geographic number is 01462 480092.

I added their phone service recently and got confirmation within 15 minutes, that was during office hours, however.

It is over three years since I signed up for Broadband, however the service was about the same. BTW never regretted it for a moment
