No-one's reported any signs of it, or of any downtime. BT will now probably do it without telling anyone.

my exchange was ment to get upgraded on the 31st march of this year !!
so i was waiting to see if had been done last night and it dont look like it
good old bt openreach not lol

I know, but what we don't know, Alf, is whether they did the work but managed it without cutting people off, or whether they simply didn't do it...
