Bearing in mind the importance of Stepney Green to the whole UK internet, I see that BT are maintaining their usual levels of resilience

My download speeds this morning are 3.5-2 mbps as opposed to 7-6 mbps. Can this be attributed to the current issue? Or must I assume it to be related to my ongoing sync problem- now 3 weeks old?
