Packet loss/latency issues started today

[link to this post]

Anyone experiencing issues with IDNET currently? Getting terrible packet loss and high latency periods. I'm on FTTP and link appears solid

Many thanks for confirming and that saves me having to reboot and test stuff my end just in case it was me.

Hopefully it will be fixed soon, I'll drop support an email.

Yes! I thought it was just me.

I've been having issues since roughly 11:30 AM which coincides with a lot of PL appearing on my TBBQM.

Yes had the same response back to my email to their support team. Appears fixed now, although wonder what caused the abnormal amount of traffic? Fingers crossed it doesn't come back.

Anyone getting latency issues and poor performance? Last couple of days looks like congestion at peak times, usually the charts are just flat lined green.

Yup, me too:

Yesterday (Ignore the red, that was me, also the oddities about 2am, I know about that.)

Today

eta- FTTC, Zen backhaul.

Thanks for the confirmation not just me. Managed 7 days uptime since the last overnight drop (seems to be Zen backhaul thing and they can't go more than around 30 days without dropping PPP to try and load balance their congested service), so I'm now back up with higher latency on a different route.

I only have a couple of months left with IDNet so will be leaving as this is just like a typical Zen residential product, nothing like the business broadband service IDNet advertise or promise.

Exactly the same with my Zen IPv4 last night while streaming football with a loss of service later. IPv6 OK apart from the loss of broadband that was nowhere as long as IPv4. Our graphs seem to match exactly!
