Is there a problem today?

We have seen a massive latency problem since about 08:30 this morning. Links to BQMs for IPv6 and IPv4 below. IDNet are saying they can see no problem on the line. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I had something very similar, starting at the same time:

IPv4: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

IPv6: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

but after finding no reports of others with the issue, or of anything obviously wrong at my end, I tried rebooting the router (cos it was easy!) and it cleared up... weird.

Could be that after the reboot I picked up a different backhaul route through Zen, otherwise I've no idea crazy

eta- FTTC, 80/20, Didcot (South Oxfordshire) exchange.

There is for sure an issue today since this morning as noted by previous posts. I have tried rebooting ONT and router. It is slightly better but pings are still very high. Not had time to get in touch with IDNet as of yet but note that they are saying no issues.

IDNet have now updated their system staus page acknowledging there is a known issue.

E-mail from IDNet at 14:02:

"I have been in touch with suppliers and they have advised of an issue with one of their gateways, they suggested powering off for 15 minutes before powering back up which should allow you to connect to a new gateway. They will be carrying out maintenance over night tonight to address the issue fully."

Powered the router down for 45 mins and have a slight improvement in speeds and latency but still well short of what the line should support.
