Locating BT Home Hub on iTouch - Google Earth

I have an iTouch and use apps on it for geocaching. There is a function in Google Earth that allows you to locate on the map the position of the broadband connectiion you are connected to.
I am able to do this on relatives and friends connections but not on my BT Home Hub. Has anybody got an answer to this ???

The only way I'm aware of to identify the location of your wireless access point is for the hub to be registered with the company that provides Apple's WiFi location services. That's SkyHook. Maybe they have logged and mapped the positions of your contacts' hubs, but not yours? You can register your hub yourself on their site, I think.

OMG It's not an iTouch! It's an Apple iPod Touch.!!!!!
