Apple MacBook

To all the Mac experts here:-

What do you think of this MacBook for the price. I'm considering taking the plunge and buying one but need a second opinion. I'm assuming it's going end of life hence the price but is it a reasonable spec?

£688.85 doesn't seem a bargain to me for that spec. I'd pay the extra £60 for a current model with a faster CPU and bigger hard disk.

I got the same one from Apple Refurb store for £579.

In fact they are selling the current model (refurbished) cheaper than the OP's deal on an outdated model! Those refurbished deals look pretty good. And you get free shipping from Apple (but not from Jigsaw who'll charge you £10).
