Warranty

I'm trying to find when the warranty on my MacBook runs out. I've looked on the Apple website (https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty....) and it says:

2. Warranty information about your product
Your product is eligible for complimentary phone support which is estimated to expire on 06 March 2009.

Complimentary phone support? Is that any different from the warranty if there's a hardware failure or whatever? I got it with the education store discount and I'm sure I recall seeing at the time that it came with a 3 year limited warranty.

Any ideas?

It means you can phone them up and get some assistance for common problems.

Aye, but what about the warranty where I can get things fixed?

Call them on 0870 8760 753 and explain to them when/where you bought it.

If you are eligible for a 3 year warranty they will give you a fax number, so you can send them the proof of purchase.
