Why have they got rid of the progress bar - thats the best bit! I hope they bring this back before final release.

Not in my experience. I ran Safari 3 as a beta, and I'm running Safari 4 beta now. Safari 4 smokes! I'll put the blue progress bar back (thx PatFlanel) but I'm not sure I'm going to see much of it.

There is also this small app/addon for those who don't like the terminal.

It may not be accurate, but funny and embarrassing if it was on a shared computer!

I had quite a few problems with both the beta of Safari 3 and the full release - usually with the IMDB website...

Just found that I cannot save Mail messages using "Save As�" in .rtf or plain text format, it only works using "Raw Message Source". This problem is being raised on Apple Discussions here.

No doubt they will sort it out!
