You must have heard of "hibernate" or "suspend" mode for computers.

Lots of with trouble with this upgrade apparently. Playing havoc with some programmes and networks. I'm told the Apple site has loads of moans.

I haven't seen any issues ... except Safari has quit unceremoniously on me once or twice, but I was testing some Javascript under development.

My old problem of the video freezing when it comes out of display sleep with the screen saver active appears to be back frown

For once I'm not going to upgrade just yet... I think I'll see how things go, as it appears a fair few are having problems.

Currently my Mac works like perfection, so I won't upset the cart just yet.

I was actually making a serious point. Many, many people hardly ever reboot their computers, but it doesn't mean they are powered on all the time.
