DVD Creator for Mac

Hi everyone.

I am now a Mac user but i wanted to know what is the best program out there for Mac users which convert video files such as Avi files to dvd.

On windows i used to use a program called convertxtodvd which i found brilliant and simple to use but im informed there is no Mac version of this.

So what is out there that is really good and will do basically the same job and not take ages converting the files,must be able to convert other files other than just avi

Have you looked at iDVD - I believe it is on all new Macs.

Hard to say what is 'best' as there are several utilities out there.

I use Toast 11 which does the job for me.

Can not seem to find idvd but and i think its included in the ILIFE package that i can not find either.

Got something called imovie.

Worth firing up the Mac App Store and searching for DVD - lots of free and paid stuff to choose from. Login with your Apple ID that you would use to make purchases (even if the app is free). MAS purchases can be installed on any Mac you own so it's an easy way to manage your software.
