You got me worried now! Although I go back to San Francisco every couple of months so I guess I could take it back there. Or just not be pessimistic and assume it wont go wrong (my iPhone 4 didn't).

I had a Canadian bought iPhone 3 a couple years back that died, they wouldn't touch it over here, was told I had to take it back to the country I bought it from. Don't know if their policy has changed since then.
