Nope.

Perhaps it only impacts the limit on the music app rather than any other.

It is youtube I am using and there are no volume limiting options there.

Pretty sure the regs don't permit that.

If you can't find the music settings in the settings app (top level, not under "general" or "accessibility") then there is something wrong with your phone and you need to visit a genius bar.

If I reinstall the music app then I get the option but it actually makes no difference to the restriction.

Forget that, changed in a recent IOS update.

You're running beta software? I don't think you can expect it to support all the features of a release version in that case.

The original post I did was, after a few seconds remembering, no longer the case in the latest version of IOS so that's why I removed it. It was only saying that Music couldn't be uninstalled but I forgot that they made it possible in IOS10.

As a beta tester you should report this issue to Apple.

Then evidently whatever software you are using has it hard coded (Spotify? Pandora?). But Apple's control is via Music.app.

Music is one of the fundamental elements of iOS so deleting the app is probably not recommended (and, iirc, only hides it anyway).
