Streaming with o2? is it acceptable?

[link to this post]

Guys I'm on a blackberry tarrif not sure where to post this question. Am I allowed to stream bbc radio on this through edge? Just wondering because t&c says..

You may not use your SIM Card:

1. in, or connected to, any other device including modems;
2. to allow the continuous streaming of any audio / video content, enable Voice over Internet (Voip), P2P or file sharing; or in such a way that adversely impacts the service to other O2 customers.

Would have thought point 2 would cover it regardless of whether it's a blackberry tarrif or not.
