Three claiming issues with B311-s

Hi all

After a bit of advice. I have a workshop in a rural part of the UK and rely on 4G HomeFi for internet connectivity out here. For the first week it was great, full 4g signal, and I was getting 40Mbps down and 10Mbps up. Excellent!

After 7 days it dropped to 1Mbps down 1Mbps up.

I phoned three, who told me to drop the router to 3g mode. I did so, and the down speed improved to 10Mbps but upstream remained the same. After further discussions, they are claminig that there is an interopability problem with the current firmware version of the B311 and that I need to wait for a new firmware version to fix the 4g speeds.

This sounds a bit fishy, so I thought I would see if anybody else has heard the same thing?

Ah great, thanks. I did try and find another thread relating to it but struggled. I will post on that.
