is it Worth upgrading to Router and external antenna?

Hi
I have a Huawei B535 on 3 networks just wondering would there any benefit for me to upgrade to External Antennas I have a direct line of sight to the mast if so what Antennas would you recommend?

In a nutshell no, your signal and throughput are strong enough given the device and your location.
