Not sure about PAYG vs contract in terms of hardware replacement (I was/am in contract) - but If you don't ask, you don't get smile

I sent an email to 3 customer service detailing the USB 1.1 v 2.0 and the high latency and low down/up load speeds.

Best of luck!

Had to use mine very late last night because my Plusnet internet connection was down for a while, did a ttb speed test and got ~5Mbps down and ~1.5Mbps up...forgot to do a ping test though...
