T-Moble / ZTE Installation Problem

Hi,

I have a T-Mobile ZTE Broadband internet dongle. It installs fine on my Windows 7 laptop. However when I attempt to install it on my old Windows XP PC I have the following problem.

The Broadband Manager seems to install OK. However after reboot the Manager says 'initialising..' but shows as 'Unknown Device' and will not connect.

Any help would be appreciated.
