Do you guys think your results around 12 Mb/s are HSPA+42 speeds ? I believe my area was upgraded to HSPA+42 with three.co.uk last week but as yet I have't got a compatible device, but I'm due for an update in April.
I don't think you need DC-HSPA (the 42megabit spec) to get 12megabit/sec speed tests. I've seen 11 on an old HSPA+ site. Sadly the Huawei E585 MiFi that 3 sell is still only HSPA+ (the 22megabit spec).
