EE - YouTube iPhone app problem

As of today I can no longer play YouTube videos in the iPhone app when using the EE mobile network,
Anybody else having the same problem?

The app will search for videos but when you click to play them it just says video failed.

When on wifi there is no problem

Orange, T-Mobile, or EE 4G/LTE?
What model iPhone?
Latest iOS?
Latest version of the YouTube app from the App Store?
Does the YouTube website work in Safari?
Do other websites work?
Does iPlayer work?

(EE/iPhone 5/iOS 7 GM works for me)

Working great here with EE/iPhone 5/iOS 6.1.4
& working great here with T-mobile/iPhone 5/iOS 6.1.4

thanks for the help. Tried youtube as a webpage and also didn't work, Orange had turned on the safe guard by mistake
