its supposed to be correct but i have a contract from 2.5 year ago (never upgraded or changed it still just on the terms it was bought with) and i also have one from 6 month ago and they both perform the same, obviously give or take a meg or 2 some times as there not going to be identical, but neither of them drop down to sub 10meg,
