Signal and speed back up to full now. I must be in an overlapping coverage area or something.
What was your email to them about? Their customer services/sales centre is definitely quite a bit disconnected with just a script in front of them.

It was just an enquiry if they were taking on beta testers in my area. Even a 'go to hell' would have been nice as opposed to ignoring me !

They seem to have a pretty good setup with people on scooters, Mifi device with external antennas and the speedtest.net app to test speeds across London
