I created an online account using the the EE phone number and looking at the account history there is a T-Mobile adjustment of £15 credited today (17/12)

I wasn't asked for any credit/debit card details.

Nice little Christmas bonus, free calls, texts & data!

And assuming you're perfectly happy to contract with a company with a greater than 90% 1 star review rating, per: https://www.trustpilot.co.uk/review/ee.co.uk

I note your other thread regarding O2 also (that you're not happy with them).

To be honest, I'm not sure there is any best mobile provider now - they are probably all run in the same way. Personally, I had a run in with EE a while ago over something (I wont bore you with the details here), and as such, I will not be contracting with them ever again, in any way what so ever. I only took their 2 month promo SIM as a freebie to use over the Xmas period, nothing more.

I'll give you my opinion on O2 in your other ticket.

Well EE have done me better than O2 has, But I will be treading lightly before I commit to anything.

Look forward to your opinion!

Customer services has been [censored] (and 50% off shore), but I read in the summer that EE were moving customer services back to the UK in various locations for call centres. The last two calls I've made (actually the only two this year) to cust services were easy, quick and the people answered had Newcastle accents smile

A lot of people had loss of service when they turned off old Orange masts that newer T-Mob masts were supposed to cover. This of course changed the pattern. Lots of Watchdog and similar - but that was a one off event 18 months ago, and now it should have settled. However people have a long memory. A friend of mine was offered his PAC code to move even in a contract due to lack of signal - so they were being fair, but not all customer services was good :-/

To be honest O2 couldn't help me when I had full signal but no calls, texts or internet.... So O2's customer service was useless too if you ask me but to be honest they idea is not to need Customer Services

EE's sim has been awesome and I've now setup a divert on my O2 contract and put the sim in an old Nokia which sits on bedside table gathering dust.

I'm still waiting for mine to arrive! Then I shall decide whether or not to acquire a 4G phone.

I suspect they've run out? I ordered mine on the 17th Dec, and it arrived Christmas Eve.

I've seen 54mbps download and 30mbps upload using a Moto G 4G handset (£140 on Amazon) sitting at home.

I can't wait to ditch my current provider and get on to EE....

Day to day life will be just that little less stressful!
