EE 4G Sim Only

I have recently been trialling the EE 100gb free data sim card in my iPhone 5s and I am so impressed with the network, I intend on leaving 3 in 2 weeks time.

I want to go on the 10gb plan for £27.99. What options are available if I use all the available 10gb??

Data just stops and you get a web page where you can buy more, the prices have gone down a few times. It was around £5 for 1GB for 7 days. If your month renews during that time you lose any data you've not used as its replaced by your standard allowance.

I'm on the SIM only 10GB for £27.99 price plan myself, so I thought I'd check. The page at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase isn't working properly today and is only showing one option 100mb for £1.99 for 24hrs. (That web page only works over the EE network).

Thanks for the info. I use generally 15gb a month on 3 but that's without using wifi at home and at work.

I looked on the EE site and it isn't really informative on what happens if you use it all! I saw the bit about £1.99 for 100mb but that's no use at all.

Just wondered if anyone on the plan could confirm!

That's the same as http://shop.ee.co.uk/mobile-tariffs/sim-only-plans and doesn't answer the OP's question is how much is data when you've used up the allowance in the plan? (ie, why don't EE offer a price for say 15GB or 20GB a month, when they do if you buy a phone as well).

the 10GB is new for SIM only from Sept, and before that I was on the 4GB plan for about £35. I used my allowance only once with a week to go and so bought 1GB for £5 - but at the moment I think the website is 'acting up' by offering only that 100mb option. I'm unlikely to use 10GB.

EE will probably revise plans again in March.

Your data will stop and you'll be offered more data for a price...

1 day (100MB) £1.99
1 week (1GB) £5.99
End of bill cycle (10GB) £15.99

EE responded to me eventually last night and confirmed the information provided by Kev. Thanks Kev (y)

Obviously with Vodafone now offering 20gb you would expect EE to match it. Will they be willing to let me move plans if a new one is launched?

I haven't been with EE before. Left orange in 2007.

No, I didn't bother to answer it as you had already answered it in the 1st sentence of your post I replied to.

It didn't though, as the prices Kev quotes are what I was expecting to see from that page. They're still not showing, so there is no guarantee the OP will be able to get ANY more data if they use up their 10GB allowance as this web page is the only way to buy more.
