I just checked the external IP and it matches the WAN IP.

Maybe this is an issue with my work VPN setup on my laptop...I might try go to a cafe tomorrow and see if I can connect using their wifi.

Hmm, I don't think I've noticed it on OpenVPN either. I mostly use UDP rather than TCP though. SSH only seems to die when there's no activity.

Anyway if it's working in a cafe, I think a call to Three is needed.

My wife and I are both working from home, connected to two different companies via VPN and had no issues over the last 16 weeks, both machines on all day.

I have the Three Huawei router connected to my Asus router via DMZ as no bridge mode on the B310 but have found the Three network very stable.

Could be an issue with your company's VPN connection.
