Help with Voyager 2000 and port forwarding

I've followed this

guide to forwarding ports on the router utorrent is still not "connectable" when i go to http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=53518 it still says "Error! Port 53518 does not appear to be open." does anyone have any experience in this area ? I would appreciate it a lot. I have joost invites as bribes lol.

Any software firewalls on the pc ?? eg windows own or a 3rd party one.
