How do I issue a Port to my game site

Hello.
sorry to bother you I have been using Port Forward and its [censored] I have cocked up my routers static facility do you know of another way to Port Forward my deatils to a couple of Game sites etc. I am using BT Home Hub.
I hope you cam point me in the right direction.

edited to add: you might want to ask one of the mods to edit out that e-mail address, it is likely to be harvested by bots and then spammed.
