have you tried the alternative port that this site offers, to see if the result is the same ?

You must try and distinguish between Connection Speed as reported by your router and actual throughput speed as reported by speed testers. On a good day, the latter is about 83% of the former.

It is impossible to have a Connection Speed of 7 Meg at the same time as speedtests return 7 Meg (unless you are being particularly vague in your postings smile).
