Hi,
My son has just moved house. The line went active yesterday and was able to make speech calls.
I rang O2 today to get his Broadband package transferred to this line. The tech people say that they can't see the line and it might not be fully active even though speech calls are possible.
I have reported the fault online to BT. The line check confirms a fault but isn't specific. I received an email which says that the fault won't be rectified until 15 Sept.
The previous occupier had Broadband and telephone but with Talk Talk which was discontinued when he moved out.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
