Sky box near router?
[

]
Hi guys
I've just had fibre broadband installed today. Am I right in saying that you shouldn't site your router near the sky box as it can cause interference and thus slow down the connection?
Or does it not matter with fibre connections....
Thanks

Sky box interference usually comes from people not putting a microfilter onto the sky box telephone line, so solution is use a filter.

but...you don't need to use filters with fibre do you - as the master socket has it built in?
