TL-WPA4220 info request

I am considering the purchase of a TP-Link TL-WPA4220 2-Port Add-On Powerline Adapter, Range Extender, Broadband/WiFi Extender, WiFi Booster/Hotspot,

Would I be right in thinking that this device would latch onto an existing ethernet over power service and dekivery a network connecyion to the ethernet socket and also give a wireless access point?

These are not Power over Ethernet devices, that is a totally different technology to Power Line Adaptors.

I purchased this item and it does indeed latch onto an existing Ethernet over Power service and provides both a wireless AP and two Ethernet sockets. My actual use is like this http://www.cyberpictures.net/16.jpg

A great piece of kit to be recommended.
