SSE Fibre Plus/DSL AC68U

Hi everyone

I'm new in here and I need some help

2 days ago I change my broadband supplier from SKY to SSE
With sky I use my own router Asus DSL ac68u was working fine
I use Asus router because the strength of the signal is perfect

I try use Asus router for SSE but can't connect...by ethernet cable or WiFi still no connection...

Did anyone can help me with tutorial how to connect this router please

Is the Asus reporting a VDSL2 sync that you would expect?

What have you done in terms of changing PPPoE authentication details in the router?

In addition to MrSaffron's comments, make sure you Enable 802.1q and set the Vlan ID to 101

3 minutes into video its obvious the username you are taking at that point is NOT a DSL username they will be something like

[email protected] or similar and SSE should have given you those details.

Username-444444444(different numbers of course)@ssebb.co.uk
Password-5765746ghgf(numbers and letters)

So I should use this details?

Yes those details are what are needed for the router to log onto the ISP
