With DECT phones, it is the base station rather than the phone which connects to VOIP using an ethernet cable.

The CL660 base station does not appear to have an ethernet connection. You can download the English manual for the CL660a which possibly includes answer phone.

The Gigaset C430A GO with the Go-Box 100 should work with VOIP and an analogue line. (AIUI)
