Managed 16 port switch with POE recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a switch that can hit the following points please:

*Quiet - no jet engines please
*8 POE ports
*Managed not basic
*<£200 ideally

I have a couple of TL-SG2210P that are silent (no fans) and managed. The management software is pretty clunky, but that seems to be fairly typical...

You might need to take a look at the power budget though, if you are actually planning on using a lot of the ports as PoE (53W total, max 15.4W per port)

Might be worth taking a look at the Unifi 150W 8 port one as well (also fanless).

Though I do have friends who use them, who say they run very hot.
