I am having an issue with a Western Digital My Cloud Home . This has previously worked well with PLEX and my home network but after flushing DNS and other tweeks to resolve another issue it no longer shown as registering on netwrok when I access it via the WD management browser app. It does show as connected to my LAN in my BT smart hub2 and I can see its' IP address..
I need to toggle a switch in the WD web browser managemnt access browser page but it tells me the My Cloud isn't connected to my local network
There is a 'pinhole' showing as greyed set of numbers which I cannot alter and when I try deleting these the pinhole settings disappear only to reappear later. I can add extra pinholes however in parallel.
Net result I am unable to access files on My Cloud via PLEX although I can open these via the My Cloud login page in a browser.
