Are these any good

Can some one tell me how these work. Do they make use of power wiring as they seem to suggest.

http://netgear.co.uk/wallplugged_range_extender_wgxb102.php

Thanks

I would guess so. Does the PDF datasheet tell you?

PS Where do you put the drivers disc?

Not in so many words. It says you can put them in any power outlet but that could be to provide power ?

The diagram on the datasheet seems to suggest it uses the power cabling. The HomePlug compatibility confirms it.
