Terratec Noxon iRadio

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but here goes!

I have one of these wi-fi internet radios and am trying to load a firmware update to it usng my wi-fi network. The radio is detected during the procedure but I receive an error message saying it cannot set the radio in download mode.

I have tried turning off firewalls, encryption etc but no go. Anyone got one?

Otherwise it works very well

Try using the network port as opposed to wifi
