i did,didnt work i think the man who installed it put different password to it...will it be difficult to set up again? i mean to put IPs and all that all over again?

Impossible, unless you know what the settings should be. Talk to your ISP.

the ISP should provide the necessary details. IP addresses are generally allocated by CHAP negotiation or the like, so you usually just have to put in the VP / VC settings, account username and password, type of connection (PPPoE / PPPoA etc).

Does your ISP have a web page with this stuff on ?

I think the OP is in the former USSR state of Georgia and his ISP won't play ball.
