Given that it's a 3 dongle, have you considered a MiFi which would be a portable 3G router with built-in wireless. it's worth a look if you are having to buy something anyway.
Otherwise there are generic (unlocked) 3G routers - some are used with the USB dongle and some would just use the SIM from out of the dongle.
Google is your friend but TP-Link do this TL-MR3420 £30-35 on the shopping sites. This also has a normal ethernet WAN port so should you get cable or fibre you could still use it with 3G set as failover.
It's not the only option but just to give you an idea.
